Job Title: Lead Housekeeper

Location: Grand Villa of Deerfield Beach

We are currently seeking a Lead Housekeeper to join our team at Grand Villa of Deerfield Beach. The Lead Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that our residents' living spaces are clean, safe, and comfortable. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

- Train and supervise housekeeping staff

- Ensure that all resident living spaces are clean, safe, and comfortable

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

- Perform regular inspections of resident living spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are met

- Respond to resident requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high level of resident satisfaction

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a senior living community

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
