Tele Registered Nurse

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Telehealth to join our team as a Tele Registered Nurse. As a Tele RN at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to provide remote patient care and support through telecommunication technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive remote patient assessments via telecommunication technologies
• Provide appropriate medical advice and triage patients based on their symptoms and health conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and medical information remotely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide patient education and emotional support remotely
• Assist with remote medical procedures and examinations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic systems
• Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and telemedicine protocols
• Stay current on telehealth practices and participate in continuing education

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 2 years recent Telemetry experience in the last 18 months in a Hospital setting, Must have a minimum of 1 year travel exp.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for remote patient interactions
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• Experience with telecommunication technologies and electronic medical records systems

Pay Rate: $1,800@36hrs Weekly

Desired Start Date: ASAP 

Length of Assignment: 14

Hours per Week: 36 

Shift and Time: 12hr Nights; 1845-0715 

Weekend Rotation: Every Other Required 

On-call Requirements: None 

Holidays Requirements: Required based on unit needs 

Floating Requirements: Will float to all acute care units 

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years recent Telemetry experience in the last 18 months in a Hospital setting, Must have a minimum of 1 year travel exp. License Required: KS RN or Compact RN License 

Certificates Required: BLS & ACLS

Housing Assistant: Provided

Sign on bonus on second pay check: $200
