📍 Primary Location: DeLeon Springs, FL
🏠 Alternate Location: Deltona, FL (some weekends at mom’s home)
🧒 Patient: 12-year-old with non-verbal autism and diabetes
🐾 Pets in Home: Dogs & cats — must be pet-friendly
💰 Pay Rate: $30–$32/hr (based on license and experience)
📆 Shift: Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🚗 Transportation: Nurse must be comfortable transporting the patient to/from school in Pierson — we pay mileage!

Join Family First Homecare as a dedicated RN or LPN providing focused, one-on-one care to a kind and resilient 12-year-old. This child requires diabetes management and support for non-verbal autism — all in a caring home environment that includes a few furry friends. 🐶🐱

• Willing and able to transport the patient as needed (must have reliable vehicle)
• Comfortable working in a home with pets
