Responsibilities

Purpose: The Faciliteis Assistant will report to the AW Building Maintenance GL. This position will primarily be responsible for providing support to the AW Building Maintenance GL, and will involve a variety of duties.

Support Building Maintenance Group Leader

PM a variety of equipment

Housekeeping and custodian work

Painting

Flooring and flooring repair

Carpentry

Light electrical work

Small-scale roof repair

Light welding

All other duties assigned by Group Leader / Department Manger 

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of hand tools

Minor electrical experience

Welding experience

Ability to work on own and with others

Proven track record of safety excellence

Exceptional work ethic with high energy, drive, and enthusiasm

Promote a positive work environment

Excellent communication skills
