Job Description

  • During your assignment, you will support us in the development and design of our worldwide training portfolio and training content.
  • You will have your own area of responsibility and projects in the field of employee training and communication.
  • Furthermore, you will shape our community in the Bosch Social Network and develop it further.
  • Bring your ideas for new learning trends and training methods into projects.
  • Finally, you will develop exciting communication media, from blog posts to newsletters to podcasts and videos.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in the feld of Human Resources, Marketing, Media, Communication or adult Education
  • Experience and Knowledge: first experience in using different IT tools, e.g. MS Office, ideally first practical experience in marketing or HR fields
  • Personality and Working Practice: creative, communicative, curious, independent, reliable and a structured team player
  • Work Routine: the main place of work is our office in Stuttgart-Feuerbach, but there is the possibility to work remotely on some days
  • Enthusiasm: passion for the people, organization and culture works
  • Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months – 10 h/week (extension possible)
