Working Student HR Data Analysis & System Support (m/f/d) - Remote

A job that matters: your tasks

• Manage monthly reporting updates by compiling and analyzing data from different sources
• Support the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module, e.g. system tests and organizational tasks, as well as system users in case of questions
• Coordinate the translation of materials  
• Create different materials related to Talent Acquisition, e.g. training material, video tutorials, documentation, working instructions, presentations
• Maintain and manage documents
• Conduct market analyses regarding sourcing opportunities (databases, job boards, campus, social media, etc.) and LinkedIn Talent Insights reports

 

An experience that matters: your skills

• Student (Bachelor or Master) of Business Administration, Finance, IT, HR, or similar 
• Ideally already experienced in working with data and IT systems 
• Technical and data affinity 
• Experience with Power BI and/or SAP SuccessFactors preferred, alternatively ability to learn new IT tools quickly
• Has good know-how of the Microsoft Office product portfolio, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Likes to work in an international environment 
• Fluent in English and German
• Responsible, structured, and thorough way of working
• Team player with flexibility
• Able to create new templates, forms, and checklists based on a defined Corporate Design
