We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.</p> <p><span><b><span>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS </span></b></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span><span>Lead end-to-end solution design and configuration across relevant Finance solutions, applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Plan and personalize the customer journey to S/4 while maintaining global scalability and consistency</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Support pre-sales activities</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Drive innovations </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Support escalated projects and takes over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivered</span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><b><span>WORK EXPERIENCE</span></b></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span><span>Minimum five years consulting experience with SAP </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Has experience with minimum of five full cycle implementations of Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), at least one in Cloud</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Knowledge in data modeling and integration of PaPM with different sources </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Good understanding of management and tax accounting in different industries. Familiar with Transfer Pricing, Sustainability, BEPS II.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Nice to have skills: PCM, BW, SAC, A4O, Hana Cloud, BTP</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Has performed workshops with customer and lead a team</span></span></p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><span><span>Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub project leader</span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><b><span>EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS</span></b></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span><span>University degree or equivalent work experience</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Professional Trainings &amp; Solution Certification.
