With a broad set of backgrounds and capabilities, our team has expertise in for example sustainability for Financial Services, payments, credit, claims, life &amp; pensions, banking &amp; insurance technology.</p><p></p><p> <u>What you will do</u></p><ul><li><p>Act as an entrepreneur; shape, sell and deliver strategy and consulting services to our Swedish Banking &amp; Insurance clients, both as stand-alone engagements and as part of larger business transformations including technology investments</p></li><li><p>Engage independently &amp; proactively with leadership at Swedish top tier Banks and Insurance companies to build relations, originate work and deliver impact</p></li><li><p>Grow and operate the Swedish FS Strategy &amp; Consulting team across Banking, Capital Markets &amp; Insurance.</p></li><li><p>Be part of our Nordic Financial services management team, and contribute to developing the Nordic Financial services practice</p></li><li><p>Work in multi-disciplinary teams, leading by example, being an entrepreneur, practitioner and business operator</p></li><li><p>Develop and manage high-performing multidisciplinary teams, leading by example, actively mentoring others and contributing to performance management and recruitment activities</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><ul><li><p>A Master’s degree with major in Economics or similar</p></li><li><p>Over 8 years of work experience within Consulting environment</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience across Banking, Insurance and Capital markets as an external advisor. The candidate will typically have a stronghold in Banking, but should be able to demonstrate experience across</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience originating &amp; selling consulting services</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience working with larger Banking &amp; Insurance players in Sweden and Nordics as well as having a solid personal network within these</p></li><li><p>Experience with ‘Total enterprise transformation’, shaping transformation journeys from enterprise operating models and throughout the technology landscape</p></li><li><p>Experience from data led transformation, experience creating customer value propositions linking Business Strategy to Technology enabled use cases and how these are realized through modern cloud platforms</p></li><li><p>Sales excellence, proven experience building entrepreneurial teams and managing a pipeline</p></li><li><p>Execution &amp; leadership; having managed towards &amp; delivered on a balanced set of metrics including customer relationship, sales &amp; profitability, people development and capability building.
