Job Description:

Overall Purpose: Manages, directs and supervises the overall operation of one or more inbound call centers with the primary function of selling and servicing consumer accounts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervises Team Sales Managers that manage a group of inside sales representatives in an inbound call center who are responsible for selling company products and servicing accounts.
• Develops business plan to achieve volume expected to meet operational goals and unit revenue objectives.
• Creates and implements operational improvements.
• Enforces Company and organizational policies and procedures on a daily basis.
• Provides feedback, coaching, training motivation, and support to sales managers and representatives.
• Counsels and advises subordinates regarding performance and discipline.
• Influences decisions regarding hiring, promoting, and discharging employees.

Education: Bachelor degree preferred.

Experience: Call Center processes, procedures and metrics, sales, coaching, leading, developing, problem solving, and MS office preferred.

Supervisory: Yes.

Our Lead Accountant, earn between $77,400 - $116,200 + $26,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
