Account Representative, Velocity Black

Summary:

 Velocity for Business (“V4B”) is looking for an Account Representative to join our team.  V4B is the business-to-business division within Velocity Black, the leading luxury concierge company recently acquired by Capital One.  Our offering is primarily centered on building turn-key white-labeled instances of the Velocity Black app for our enterprise clients.

In this role, the Account Representative will build direct relationships with V4B’s existing and future enterprise clients in close partnership with the Senior Account Manager and the Head of V4B. They will apply problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities, provide day-to-day support to enterprise clients as well as their members, and develop newsletter and in-app push content to engage members.  In addition, this role will be responsible to ensure the smooth delivery of any new contract, to include working closely with our internal Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to build a new white-labeled app. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain direct relationships with enterprise clients

• Deliver accurate, insightful client reports on a periodic basis

• Leverage critical thinking and leadership skills to strengthen and grow existing enterprise relationships

• Provide day-to-day support to our enterprise clients and their members

• Ownership of the creation and delivery of white-labeled content to drive members’ engagement, in coordination with our Product teams, for member newsletters and in-app push notifications

• Manage the onboarding process for new enterprise clients, including working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to build a new, white-labeled instance of our app

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification

• At least 2 years of experience in client management or relationship management

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• 3+ years of experience in client management or relationship management
