HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BE/BC Occupational Medicine Physician to join our occupational health team at the Caterpillar Plant in Decatur, Illinois. HSHS Medical Group is a multispecialty medical group made up of over 350 providers across 60 clinics throughout central and southern Illinois. Position Details:
- Monday – Friday clinic schedule
- No call schedule
- No weekends or holidays
- Dedicated, occupational medicine trained RNs
- Established patient population with the Caterpillar Plant employees

Position Requirements:
- Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Occupational Medicine
- M.D., D.O., or professional equivalent degree
- DOT Medical Examiner certification preferred.
*Will be required as a part of orientation if not previously certified.

Pay Range: $295,000 - $341,805
Education Qualifications

• Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications

• Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
• Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
• Must be board certified or board eligible.
