Plumbing Install: LEAD POSITION - Key Responsibilities (partial list):

§ Represent Goettl with punctuality, experience, and appearance.

§ Perform installations to meet Goettl’s standards of picture-perfect installations.

§ Actively participate in ongoing technical training and development.

§ Remove and replace equipment and materials in a safe, clean, organized, and efficient manner.

§ Ensure all work complies with municipal code requirements.

§ Protect the customer’s home with appropriate coverings and verify their understanding of system operation.

§ Complete all required signatures, documentation, and collect outstanding balances.

§ Submit all related pictures per job to iAuditor and maintain a callback rate of less than 3%.

§ Achieve a customer satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher.

§ Finish all work within the allocated time for the job.

Requirements

Plumbing Installation Lead Requirements:

· Must have a minimum of 2+ years of residential or commercial plumbing experience

· 1 year experience in a lead role strongly preferred.

· OSHA 10 Construction and Safety (preferred)

· Proven ability to work within a team environment and be committed to professional growth

· Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.

· Proven ability to solve complex problems.

· Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, stand, and crawl for prolonged periods

· Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces

· Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record

· Must be over 18

· Ability to pass a background check

· Ability to provide a basic set of your own tools

· Must have flexibility to work schedule (days and hours including some nights and weekends)
