Senior Financial Analyst – Data Center and Real Estate Capital Projects

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading construction financial planning and ongoing reporting processes

• Provide financial expertise to real estate and data center development, engineering, design, procurement, and facilities teams

• Develop ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis and provide data-driven insights into variances and trends to influence management decisions

• Work cross functionally with various teams to ensure capital project finance controls compliance

What we need to see:

• Understanding of the construction process, specifically the FP&A impacts for cash flows, balance sheet, and P&L areas

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) from a leading university in a Finance, Economics or Business-related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus

• 5+ years’ experience in Finance, with focus in business financial planning, analysis, modeling, and forecasting for a multinational high-tech corporation

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Expert analytical skills and advanced financial modeling techniques, with ability to build and convey business insight

• Expertise building cross-functional relationships and partnering with key team members

• Analytical skills to tailor messaging as required for audiences of varying level of seniority and technical expertise

• Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills, highly adept with Excel and other productivity tools (SharePoint, Google Docs, PowerPoint, etc.)

The base salary range is 96,000 USD - 184,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
