Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Team Lead!
Your Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee, monitor, and coordinate activities for production teams which are responsible for material handling, assembly, and equipment operation when the Supervisor is unavailable
Assist the team in operations when necessary
Assign employees to various equipment based on the skills required for the equipment and the equipment required for the work order
Support the Supervisor or Manager in daily operations as needed.
Ensure team's goals are aligned with and representative of the overall company's directive
You Must Have:
Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures of printing
Excellent judgement to plan and accomplish production goals as set by the company and supervisor
Strong attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills
We Would Also Prefer:
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Significant experience and knowledge of printing operations
Leadership experience
