Senior Product Manager, Strategy

Given our exceptional growth we are expanding and hiring a Senior Product Manager, Strategy­­­ to join us on this exciting journey.  You will work under the direction of the VP of Product Management, to support the identification, planning, and business drivers of strategic initiatives for Bishop Fox. 

Responsibilities

This role will require engagement across our stakeholders to create, maintain and integrate product roadmaps for the company.  Stakeholders include Sales, Marketing, Consulting, Operations, R&D, Engineering, and our CEO.  For key partners, there may be specific Customer roadmaps. Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop a 3-year strategic plan that enables Bishop Fox to grow revenue and stay competitive.
• Create, maintain and integrate stakeholder roadmaps for Bishop Fox.
• Work with stakeholders to assess, document and report on the main business drivers for their roadmaps.
• Manage and organize quarterly reviews with our stakeholders on their specific roadmap and the company-wide roadmap.
• Identify accelerants, gaps based on market and competitive analysis and drive redefinition/reprioritization discussions with each of the domain product managers in a timely fashion.

Requirements

This is a remote-friendly position, must be flexible to work with teams across North American time zones. 

• BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Bonus: MBA degree
• Senior level product management experience in the Enterprise SaaS space working on core services and/or technical platforms that integrate with cloud environments.
• Ability to balance technology, business and strategy to inform roadmaps and initiative decisions.
• Demonstrate ability to present, lead, and influence discussions with senior-level leadership and customers.
• History of building lasting cross-functional partnerships with internal and external teams – especially Product, Design, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales.
