Our client is group of companies in Real Estate, business intelligence, and software development. They operate in a globally distributed environment, serving clients across over 70 countries. Currently, they are developing an iGaming project from scratch and are looking for talented individuals to join their expanding team. Their mission is to deliver cutting-edge solutions to their clients, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, trust-building, and sustainable growth.

The Role:

As a Financial Planning Analyst (Finance Business Partner), you will play a key role in overseeing global strategic and operational investment management, as well as international divestment projects. You will be responsible for making high-level decisions and driving business partnerships, with a strong focus on fundraising and external negotiations.

This is not a traditional CFO or FP&A role, but rather a hands-on, senior-level position requiring someone who can operate strategically at the company level, while still being capable of executing on tactical tasks. You will collaborate closely with the Finance department to ensure the group's strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with both internal and external stakeholders. The Finance department will report to you through a single direct report.

Our ideal candidate will have a high level of analytical and strategic thinking, and experience in managing complex investment and business projects. We are looking for someone who is proactive, results-oriented, and capable of operating at a senior level while also handling the execution of critical financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Global Strategic Investment Management and Operational Investment Management

  • Oversee International Divestment Projects

  • Provide Vision and Decision Making on financial strategies across the company

  • Manage Business Partnering, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders

  • Drive Fundraising activities and assist in the development of financial strategies

  • Conduct Negotiations with external parties, including setting up contracts

  • Ensure Group Compliance in collaboration with internal and external partners

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Analytical Expertise with a strong academic background (preferably in economics or finance)

  • Ability to work strategically and operationally in a global environment

  • Experience in Investment Management, Business Partnering, and Fundraising

  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proven ability to make high-level decisions and manage large-scale financial projects

  • Comfortable working in a globally distributed team, managing remote operations

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Background or familiarity with legal and compliance processes in international markets

  • Previous experience working in real estate or online gaming/casino industries

  • MBA or advanced degrees in relevant fields (economics, finance, or similar)

Preferred Background:

  • Finance Business Partner or similar senior finance role in fast-paced, international environments

  • Experience with global investment projects, fundraising, and strategic business partnerships
