Job Description

SkillBridge Academy is seeking a motivated and personable Public Relations Coordinator to join our team in College Station, TX.

In this role, you will help represent our organization, support public relations initiatives, communicate with different audiences, and assist with activities designed to strengthen our presence within the community.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and wants an opportunity to develop valuable professional skills in public relations, communication, outreach, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent SkillBridge Academy in a professional and positive manner
• Assist with public relations and community outreach initiatives
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community members and partners
• Communicate information about programs, initiatives, and organizational activities
• Support the coordination and execution of outreach campaigns and events
• Respond professionally to questions and provide accurate information
• Collaborate with team members to achieve communication and outreach goals
• Help maintain consistent messaging and a strong organizational presence
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
• Identify opportunities to improve communication and engagement strategies
