We have a career opening for a Sr Engineer of SAP Pricing, Rebates & Incentives. We are open to a remote worker in this role. We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to support the SAP Pricing and Rebates and Incentives team. This position is a leadership role and will work with the different business and IT teams on these areas to design and improve the SAP and Vistex supported solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead coaching and training of offshore resources in Vistex technology, and business processes Pricing, Rebates and Chargebacks.
- Lead creation of training plan and materials.
- Provide metrics for resource training in completion, engagement and post training effectiveness.
- Work with onshore and offshore teams driving solution delivery in SAP Pricing, Rebates and Chargebacks.
- Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshops and support facilitation of workshops, leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience.
- Guide and coach complex fit/gap analysis, effort estimates and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions completed by less experienced team members; ensure deviations from “out of the box” functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition
- Identifying synergies and optimization areas within the Pricing, Rebates and Chargebacks domain and manage the execution.
- Keeping up with emerging technologies and changes in business processes.
- Maintain strategic relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Customer focused and deep understanding of business needs.
- Driving end-user satisfaction by using specific metrics.
- Influencing internal and external clients to leverage out of the box solutions and reducing customizations.
- Help in completing effort estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with functional partners to deliver solutions for value-add business functions.
- Collaborating with other process tower leaders (OTC, PTP, RTR, and non-SAP systems) to ensure a cohesive solution without impacting cross functional and downstream processes or applications.
- Closely follows the strategic direction set by the segment and executes on priority goals.
- Accountable for IT Controls, SOX compliance, and Audit findings on the SAP Pharma platform
- Responsible for the KPI's and BPM metrics that support current and future Pharma and Medical business units on SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience preferred
- 8+ years experience in SAP Pricing, Rebates and Chargebacks preferred
- Functional and technical knowledge in Vistex modules preferred
- Experience in training and coaching junior resources preferred
- Experience with integration points between pricing, contracts, and other SAP modules preferred (SD, MM, FI/CO).
- Knowledge or previous experience in ABAP and debugging is preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced S/4 features such as FIORI apps, CDS views, and embedded analytics preferred.
- Experienced in all global SAP aspects, including defining & assigning Enterprise Structure, Master data, Sales Order processing and purchasing functions preferred.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills preferred.
- Strong business acumen in Healthcare wholesale distribution space preferred.
- Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical capabilities and solutions preferred.
- Strong experience in completing effort estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with our functional partners to deliver quality business solutions preferred.
- Experience providing direction to the teams in managing and troubleshoot complex interfaces involving multiple systems preferred.

Anticipated salary range: $121,600 - $173,700
