Starting Salary Range: $18.00 per hour
Position Summary: The Motorcycle Range Aid assists the MSF Rider Coach Motorcycle instructor's Instruction on the range.
Responsibilities include range instruction exercise set up, garage storage organization, record keeping within the fleet maintenance system, and participation with demonstrations as necessary.
Work Schedule: Weekend Shifts 6:00 am - 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Ability to support weekday courses on Wednesday and Thursday mornings preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a valid drivers license and Motorcycle "M" endorsement.
- Physical demands of the job include being able to stand for a continuous 6 hours and the ability to carry, push, and pull
25 lbs. - Must be able to bend at the waist, rotate upper body, kneel, and bend at the knee.
- Must have manual dexterity for manipulation of vehicle driving. tools, and equipment.
- Reflexes must be adequate to ensure safety while operating a motorcycle and golf cart.
- Must be able to speak and hear over surrounding noise of motorcycle instruction.
- Must be able tolerate exposure to extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of riding experience.
- Completion of Motorcycle Safety Foundations Basic Rider Course.
