A Day in the Life:

• Provide a positive experience to our members and potential members in our branches.
• Open new accounts.
• Help our members with account questions, online banking issues, and loan requests.
• Interview loan applicants.
• Provide members and potential members with product and service information in a helpful efficient manner.
• Build and retain member relationships through service quality and member needs satisfaction.
• Promote the Credit Union's products and satisfy members' financial needs through selling additional credit union services.

The Qualifications we are looking for:

• 2 years customer service experience
• 2 years experience in a credit union or financial institution with similar responsibilities. (preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate courteously and professionally
• Excellent problem solver
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
• Ability to work as a team player
• Moderate PC proficiency
• Bilingual/Spanish/Creole/Russian/Uzbek helpful but not required
• Ability to type 30 wpm
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
