Basic Function and Scope of Responsibility:
This position is responsible for implementing strategies for commercial development and growth in the designated market segment(s).
Essential Job Duties:
- Implement development activities, programs or trade shows as determined by management
- Work both independently and collaboratively with sales, marketing to implement commercial development strategies in the designated market (s) to achieve established goals
- Work with Account Executives (AEs )in assigned territory to identify and develop new ImmuKnow accounts
- Determine revenue opportunities at each center within an assigned account/geographic territory. Develop, coordinate with AE and execute a strategic account plan
- Working with Solid Organ Transplant (SOT) physicians and Transplant Coordinators, expand Viracor Eurofins’ testing in SOT
- Establish and maintain ImmuKnow in SOT protocols
- Field training responsibilities on ImmuKnow and other immunology/ID Viracor Eurofins testing
- Field travel with AEs to further develop customer advocates/KOLS
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales Management to ensure messaging and training is effectively delivered
- Effectively deliver company approved presentations to customers and prospects.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills including effective core messaging and delivery of formal presentations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and clinical decision makers within the designated market segment.
- Maintain complete and accurate/concise records of sales’ activities and provide updates to sales management on key issues, opportunities, and knowledge of market intelligence
- Understand the industry process and care protocol to best position products throughout the process, and how to best utilize our resources to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Assist with training sessions for sales team members
- Develop and maintain an effective/professional working relationship with external customers and internal colleagues to provide the best service possible
- Represent department and organization professionally and favorably and in accordance with established Company standards and associate attributes at all time
