Responsibilities
How you will contribute to our National Security and Defense mission:
As a Security professional with MTSI, you will be responsible for supporting customers in Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) facilities. You will interact daily with program managers, engineers, financial managers, other security personnel, and industry subject matter experts across multiple Services supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Services and Agencies, and Intelligence Community (IC) customers. This position will be located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

Responsibilities:
Personnel performing in this position shall be experienced and motivated Security professionals with the necessary skills to provide the Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office (ATEA FPO) security support services in a classified work environment.
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
• Program Security Management Support: provide overall security support, and other duties assigned for the management and oversight of all unit SAP/SCI activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; developing & implementing security policy and guidance for conducting classified operations & activities. Provides guidance and assistance to unit personnel in accordance with program directives, security classification guides (SCG), the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) regulations, Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) and other applicable Department of Defense (DoD) guidance. Must possess the ability and written communication skills to develop detailed security products such as: National Interest Determinations (NID), Standard Operating Procedures, security plans and facility accreditation packages. Must be familiar and functional with the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and Industrial Security Facilities Database.
