YOUR ROLE

Would you like to work in the successful design, development and deployment of implementing new changes for the different modules of the applications ? Would you like to utilize your technical expertise to coach and motivate the team, ensuring business goals are met?

If so, we have the opportunity to work as our Technical Development Expert where you will oversee the technical components and its evolution for the FVL (Finished Vehicle Logistics) at CEVA Logistics.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You will coordinate all developments and ensure the consistency of the platform across projects. 
• You will coordinate the Agile ceremonies as Daily catch-up, Sprint planning and Sprint retrospective. 
• You will support the development and delivery made by the rest of the Development team members. 
• You will support the wider Business teams joined to Product Owners and Business Analysts to identify the changes needed in the platform and change the roadmap of core strategies and solutions. 
• You will support the resolution of critical incidents and deliver the proper IT technical solution.
• You will assess project briefs to determine the technical parameters and required resources.
• You will identify project risks and formulate strategies to guard against them.
• You will provide status reports and liaise with senior management and stakeholders.
• You will coach and motivate team members.
• You will define and maintain the methodology to be followed by all team members when delivering FVL projects.
• You will work with the Delivery Team on defining the FVL work that needs to be completed for new and ongoing FVL projects.

 

WHO ARE YOU?

 

• You have a bachelor’s degree in IT or business management or equivalent experience
• You have implementation experience in AWS + MongoDB Atlas Environment.
• You have implementation experience in Node.js and Angular
• You have experience as technical lead and software architect
• You have experience with vendor management and quotation processes
• You have experience in building CI/CD pipeline processes
• You have in depth knowledge of Transport Management Systems concepts
• You are familiar with Release Cycles and Deployment processes
• You are familiar with Integration concepts (B2B and EAI)
• You have the ability to assess risk and impact for any change
• You enthusiastically tackles challenging assignments.
• You have the ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various team members & product owners.
• You can coach less senior team members
• You have excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
