Data Science Spring/Summer Internship - Orlando, FL

• Gain in-person, on-site work experience within a designated department at our corporate office. 

• Receive personalized guidance and support from experienced corporate leaders to help shape your career path. 

• Participate in exclusive sessions with senior company executives to gain strategic insights and leadership perspectives. 

• Spend a day shadowing a different department to broaden your understanding of the corporate structure.  

• Conduct two interviews with senior leaders to learn about their career journeys and leadership philosophies. 

• Collaborate on a meaningful project that encourages creativity and contributes to business innovation. 

• Join interactive online sessions designed to provide exposure to various areas of the MVW business. 

• Connect with fellow interns and share your journey through our dedicated internship social media platform. 

Internship Program Requirements 

• Ability to work a full-time schedule. 

• Internships could be fully on-site or a hybrid between on-site and remote. Work location will be based on the needs of the specific corporate department and is specific to the internship department.  

• Candidates must be actively pursuing a college degree at any level. 

• While students majoring in a program that relates to the department in which they are applying is preferred, applicants from other academic disciplines are also encouraged to apply and are considered.

Internship Location

Internship Description 

• Assist with department specific day-to-day operations. 

• Support project planning and execution under the guidance of team members.  

• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback. 

• Gather and analyze data to support projects, reports, or presentation.  

• Understand business problems and translate requirements into analytical frameworks. This includes supporting the definition of project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with business partners

• Explore data sources to help identify and understand key data required for modeling. Develop and maintain scripts to implement data extraction, data wrangling, data cleaning, and feature creation to build robust and automated datasets for modeling and analysis

• Run Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify data trends, relationships, and anomalies

• Help identify the appropriate models that solve specific business problems. Support with the development, testing, and deployment of s
