Then Emma is the right place for you.<br/>About the Role<br/>This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our Operations team. You will be responsible on empowering Emma operations by developing and delivering target learning initiatives that provide them with contextual and process knowledge, transforming engagement level, and our efficiency. Through these initiatives, you will ensure that our teams have the necessary information and skills to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the business.🚀  <h3>What you'll do:</h3> <ul> <li>Lead the Operations learning and knowledge team, develop a strong vision for the team and further develop team members in terms of professional expertise.</li><li>Turn information into knowledge and skill for operations related standard roles by creating training materials, to exchange and actively acquire capabilities. </li><li>Work together with team leads and relationship managers to further develop hard or soft skills training agenda for high-performance results teams.</li><li>Identify areas within operations that have learning or knowledge need.
