Senior ServiceNow Architect

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires technical expertise in ServiceNow, along with a strong understanding of integration techniques and best practices. You will collaborate with our project team to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered to the customer.

 

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain the ServiceNow architecture roadmap, aligning it with business goals and objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on the use of ServiceNow capabilities and functionalities to optimize business processes.
• Design and oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Utilize APIs, web services, and middleware tools to enable integration between ServiceNow and other application, both cloud-based and on-premises.
• Provide technical guidance to customer.
• Establish and enforce ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
• Proactively enhance the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow solutions, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Monitors technology trends such as emerging standards for new technology opportunities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Additional 4 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree
• Experience with ServiceNow platform development and architecture
• Experience in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using API's
• Strong experience in web services and middleware tools
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) with at least three consecutive years of U.S. residency from the date of legal entry as an LPR
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required MBI clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and align ServiceNow solutions with business objectives and strategies to deliver value driven outcomes
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Active MBI Clearance

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
