We are looking for a talented People Operations Generalist to join our growing team. As the People Ops Generalist , you will manage many of the day to day People Ops activities through versatility and being comfortable with operating across most People Ops/HR focus areas. This role is well suited for an agile, adaptive, "roll up the sleeves" HR professional. You are passionate about jumping into a variety of activities, have a growth mindset and love taking on new challenges. You are excited about helping a company scale using your People Ops/HR expertise, data analysis and systems knowledge. 

In this role, you will:

  • Supports the People Ops function by providing a wide range of services including benefits administration, data and record keeping, compliance, and end-to-end HR service delivery.
  • Responsible for the administration of benefits and the employee benefits experience in partnership with our benefits broker, including assisting in the resolution of escalated benefits and payroll issues and managing Open Enrollment.
  • Assist the Payroll Team as needed to ensure accurate, on-time payroll processing.
  • Use a creative approach to learning and development to drive a culture of development.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of DE&I practices.
  • Bring innovation and thoughtful execution to the delivery of HR services throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Assist with on-boarding/off-boarding and other employee change data throughout employee lifecycle.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and document our systems and processes.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to HR, and work with the team to implement internal policies, practices, and procedures consistently across the staff to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance, especially with respect to all applicable federal, state and local labor laws, e.g. EEO, FMLA, ADA, DOL, FLSA, and similar regulatory requirements. 
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations for improvement of organization's policies, procedures and practices.
  • Be a culture champion and help develop, participate, and lead various culture initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of dynamic People Operations/Human Resources business partnering experience in a technology related environment.
  • Demonstrable experience with Google applications.
  • A combination of People Operations/HR experience in the following areas: Organizational design, org planning, performance management, business advising, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture carrier, employee engagement, coaching and development, conflict resolution, recruiting, data analysis, and employee relations.
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to a company's evolving stages and needs.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills; effective listener, ability to connect and influence actions and outcomes with employees at all levels in the organization.
  • Track record of strong business partnership within a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Additionally, you're eager to try new and creative approaches.
