I. Job SummaryUtilize expert knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to optimize its functionalities, facilitating seamless enterprise integrations and leading the adoption of features that support content management at scale, content templatization, and design system flexibility.
Coordinates and directs the efforts of a team in the design, development, implementation, and support of various information technology/systems applications and/or projects across the customer experience journey.
Support a broad spectrum of business needs related to customer experience, sales and marketing. Should also be able to support functional support interactions between customers, vendors, and/or employees with various WM business of IT departments.
II. Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.
- Coordinates with business owners to determine business needs or requirements to deliver and execute on the customer product roadmap.
- Plans initiatives and projects, establishes priorities, and monitors progress, and provides expertise for design solutions. Accountable for aligning the KPIs and ensuring we are effectively tracking the value/impact of capabilities.
- Coordinates with multiple teams and leads functional design solutions to satisfy business needs. Coordinate with other teams to integrate project with applications and/or initiatives.
- Experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), end to end implementation experience, Content-author first perspective when writing user stories for behavior driven development in our Content Management System (CMS),
- Utilize expert knowledge of AEM to optimize its functionalities, facilitating seamless enterprise integrations and leading the adoption of features that support content management at scale, content templatization, and design system flexibility.
- Collaborate closely with, technical SEO, UX, UXR (User Experience Research), VoC (Voice of Customer), and Adobe Analytics teams to identify opportunities for improvement, including component optimization, data collection enhancements, and personalization goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Possesses knowledge/experience in an integrated implementation between different business systems as well as working with integration tools, QA testing, system design and analysis, project management.
- Possess strong analytical and communication skills and can prepare and run program standups, demos, meeting cadences and communicate with business stakeholders.
Will coach and mentor less experienced analysts and act as team leader on more complicated systems projects.
IV. QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelors Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Eight years of relevant work experience as a IT Business Analyst (in addition to education requirement). Four years working as an IT Manager/Project Manager may substitute for the minimum years of experience.
