Therefore, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who wants to help our community grow!  The Family Support Professional provides in-home and community based services to families.


Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this Colorado position is $19.16-$23.95 per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.

  • Schedule will require evening availability and one weekend day.

  • This position is community based with travel throughout the Denver Metro Area

Areas of Responsibilities:

 

Supervised Visitation, Coaching, ERC, BTW and Life Skills:

  • The Family Support Professional provides education on appropriate and safe family relationships, holds the youth and family accountable to the treatment plan goals, and provides reinforcement of all informed supervision expectations as applicable.
  • The Family Support Professional provides supervised visitation services.
  • The Family Support Professional works in collaboration with the MDT team and the Shiloh House Clinician, and staff.
  • The Family Support Professional will provide up to 25 face to face service hours per week in any of the service areas as assigned by their supervisor.
  • The Family Support Professional will be trained in each of the service areas, and will follow all policies and procedures of each service area.
  • The employee must have a working and safe vehicle, and will use their personal vehicle to drive to each assigned home.
  • The Family Support Professional will work with clients and families in identifying needs, identifying strengths, setting goals, and creating plans to obtain those goals
  • The Family Support Professional supports positive community partnerships to ensure valuable resources for clients and their families
  • The Family Support Professional will work as needed with PSC clients in developing healthy boundaries, creating and implementing safety plans, and support therapeutic recommendations.
  • The Family Support Professional helps support and monitor supervised visitation.
  • The Family Support Professional will work closely with Shiloh programs and be cross trained to support community outreach efforts
  • The employee may be required to transport clients to and from visitations, activities, appointments, etc., on an ongoing basis.
  • The employee is responsible for keeping the Shiloh facility used for services presentable/housekeeping.
  • The employee demonstrates professional interaction with parents, outside professionals, supervisors, and co-workers and abides by the chain of command on an ongoing basis.
