Job Summary
High Fidelity Wraparound is an approach to individualized care planning that builds on the collective action of a committed group of family, friends, community, professional, and cross-system supports mobilizing resources and talents from a variety of sources to address the needs of children/youth with complex mental health challenges and their families. As a Family Support Partner (FSP), you will provide peer support, mentorship and assistance with system navigation to families and youth with high needs and are multi-system involved in partnership with a credentialed Wraparound Facilitator. In general, peer support is defined as using personal and professional life experiences to establish credibility and infuse hope for a better future, to demonstrate unconditional acceptance, and to assist with problem solving, as well as to provide consultation for staff and others to increase awareness and improve the effectiveness of parent-professional partnerships to meet the needs of the families and to maximize parent voice, choice and involvement throughout the Wraparound process. Family support partner will also engage with families in home or school-based support.
Pay Rate
Starting hourly pay rate is $21.82, plus partial benefits.

Requirements
• Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.
• Must complete ICS 100 and ICS 700 within the first year of employment.
• Traveling is required
Qualifications/Education
• This position requires a High School diploma, or
• Personal experience and direct experience in the Child Welfare, Mental Health and/or
Juvenile Justice systems.
• Must pass CBI, FBI, and Central Registry checks.
• Must be fluent in both the Spanish and English languages.
