Job Description

As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of customer engagement for this dynamic barbershop chain. You’ll enhance client experiences through pre-appointment consultations, conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction, and play a crucial role in expanding the team by assisting with recruitment efforts. Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-appointment consultations to gather information about desired haircuts and improve service quality
  
• Perform follow-up calls to assess customer satisfaction and offer rebooking options
  
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  
• Assist with barber recruitment by conducting phone screenings and scheduling interviews
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recruitment activities
  
• Collaborate with in-store teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  
• Handle inbound calls while balancing various tasks effectively
  

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  
• Previous experience in customer service or sales support roles
  
• Proficiency with CRM systems and phone dialer software
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
