We are headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, and have offices across our countries. In the US, we are a hybrid team with members in New York, California, and growing in Chicago and other locations. What You Will Do π
- Lead full-cycle hiring processes for key positions across the US, from crafting the role to closing the offer, ensuring that every step is efficient, candidate-centered, and aligned with our business needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their team goals and define the profiles that will help drive growth and impact.
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to actively attract top-tier candidates, you won't wait for applications to roll in, you'll go out and find the right people.
- Ensure a positive and personalized candidate experience: conduct interviews, coordinate stages, and guide candidates throughout the journey.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table and iterate constantly to improve our hiring processes and adapt them to a fast-changing, early-stage market.
- Champion our culture and values: assess not only skills but also alignment with our mission and mindset.
- Help us build a strong employer brand in the US, where every touchpoint with a candidate reflects the energy, commitment, and purpose that defines Innovamat.
- Act as a key point of contact for the US team, supporting onboarding, coordinating internal communications, and helping our people feel connected and cared for across cities and time zones.
- Ensure the smooth operation of our local team: manage logistics like travel, materials, and vehicle coordination so that our educators and team members can focus on what matters most.
- Keep a close pulse on team dynamics and development needs, youβll help spot growth opportunities and foster a strong feedback culture within the US team.
You Have π
- Proven experience (+2 years) in end-to-end recruitment roles, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth environments in the US talent market.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
