Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment, maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt, ready or put away tools as assigned.
• Maintain production, quality and waste records through company approved documents.
• Assure conformity with quality standards and specifications to minimize product defects.
• Monitor various quality tests to check conformance with quality appearance
• Closely follows directions to operate machinery, hold or supply routine materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
• Assist in all aspects of production set-ups.
• Performs routine property care activities.
• Performs any non-technical routine tasks at the plant.
• Routine quality checks on finished products.
• Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

Knowledge and Skills

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.
• Medium work requiring pushing and/or pulling objects in excess of 100 pounds using material handling equipment to assist with recent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighting 25 pounds or less.
