Pre-Production Support Operator (f/m/d)

 

Your area of work: 

You will provide support of applications within the Clearstream pre-production environment. You will ensure the availability of all services in a daily basis for Customers and maintain the environment regularly with the code and patches required.

 

Your Responsibilities

• You will support the pre-production environment and will solve IT incidents with innovative solutions to ensure that a maximum service level is provided to Customers
• You will implement, integrate and support third party software as well as internally developed applications within the Clearstream Services IT pre-production environments
• You will analyse problems and resolve issues. You will perform monitoring, tuning and optimisation of performance of in-house Clearstream IT applications as well as third party software whilst ensuring maximum availability and service to Customers
• You will deploy Clearstream business applications to end users
• You will respond to Customers and Internal users’ queries
• You will know and follow processes in place and will be able to adapt yourself to any new situation
• You will be able to support multiple applications running on Linux or NT platforms

 

Your Profile

• University degree in an IT related discipline or equivalent through relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of English (in written and spoken)
• At least 2 years of experience with pre-production/testing environments
• Experience with Linux and NT environments is required
• Good knowledge of one or more of the following tools is a plus: GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, OpenShift, JBOSS, Weblogic
• Oracle SQL and/or MS SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Team spirit, open-minded and open for changes
• Ability to work in a customer-facing role, service-oriented attitude, and attention to detail
• Highly motivated, organized individual able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Dedication, team and communication skills, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile
