Licensing Assistant (Temporary)

Mad City Windows and Baths, a company backed by Renuity, is hiring a Temporary Licensing Assistant to join our team based out of Eau Claire, WI! This role has potential to move into a permanent role as Renuity continues to expand. What Can We Offer You: 

• Competitive base pay of $23.00-$27.00/hr per hour commensurate with experience and skills 

• 30 hour work week in hybrid work environment

• Potential for temp-to-perm

• Work with a team of talented, professional, and fun individuals who enjoy what they do 

What You’ll Do: 

• Fill out contractor, business, and consumer finance licenses for review and signatures by management

• Run lead on build-out of trackers (utilizing Asana) for contractor documentation, including certificates, licenses, and more

• Work with insurance representatives to verify and obtain necessary filing

• Communicate and coordinate with leadership team to ensure deadlines are met and coverage is obtained

What You’ll Bring:  

• Excellent attention to detail

• Prior experience with contractor licensing/registration preferred

• Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office

• Prior experience with Asana preferred

• Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.

• Strong planning and organizational skills
