The Opportunity: 

As a cyber mission specialist, you understand the value of hunt-forward operations, and you know that battles are won in the grey. At Booz Allen, you can use your cyberspace operations expertise to create solutions that will be executed on a worldwide stage. We’re looking for a seasoned specialist like you to apply your experience with cyber threat information and impact our nation’s security.   

In this role, you’ll lead a team of professionals as they use cyberspace capabilities to evaluate potential weaknesses as well as the effectiveness of mitigations for cybersecurity solutions. You will leverage cyberspace operations systems to aggregate threat feeds that inform briefings for senior leadership aligned to critical mission areas.  This is an opportunity to use your research and analysis expertise to adequately assess and inform operators and senior leadership on dynamic adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures for our client. You Have:   

• 8+ years of experience with strategic communications or project management

• Experience with interpreting controls and requirements and communicating with system developers, sustainment teams, and stakeholders

• Experience in program management overseeing the cost, schedule, and performance of an assigned team

• Experience in interpreting and analyzing policy and guidance

• Ability to collaborate across multiple client organizations and teams

• Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to data calls

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

   

Nice If You Have:   

• Experience with space-based platforms or DoD systems

• Experience with developing system security context and a preliminary system security Concept of Operations (CONOPS)

• Experience with defining baseline system security requirements in accordance with applicable cybersecurity requirements

• Knowledge of database systems

• Ability to be detail-oriented, flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing client priorities

• Ability to work with a team and work independently

• Secret clearance

• Master's degree

• CISSP Certification
