Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Mount Alverna Village in Parma, OH is seeking its next PRN employee-owner team member.

 

Mount Alverna, a senior community near Cleaveland OH offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Senior Rehabilitation.  This community is well managed with a great rehab team and impressive gym facility.  Apply and learn more about working at this truly wonderful and highly rated community!!  The position will require being on-site and weekday coverage is the highest need, although we will consider those who can provide more continous coverage on weekends as well!

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists (OTR)
• Hold a valid state license.
• Hold CPR Certification (or be willing to obtain before hire date)
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
