About the role
The Global Response Operations (GRO) organization within Global Operations responds to highly sensitive and urgent events and problem spaces. We focus on the detection, critical response, and intelligence capabilities needed to identify, prioritize, and mitigate the most critical issues for the business and for our communities.
Intelligence Managers on the GRO Intelligence team are responsible for preparing intelligence reports, handling sensitive information or graphic content, and providing recommendations to various stakeholders using compelling narratives and data-driven trends. Intelligence Managers are also responsible for synthesizing insights from across GRO into a unified assessment and then representing that unified GRO to cross-functional partners. The focus of the role is to help Meta discover and analyze gaps that could manifest within Meta’s family of products in an effort to make Meta and its users more secure through risk mitigations.
The ideal candidate will have a multidisciplinary investigative and analytical background and the ability to identify risks and make risk-based recommendations. It is highly important that candidates are focused on results and are self-starters. This role may periodically require candidates to work weekends or after hours during select high priority events.Intelligence Manager, Global Response Operations Responsibilities
