Pivot Bio is seeking a resourceful and motivated team member to assist the Minneapolis-based executive team of a highly-regarded, late stage growth company that is one of the world’s most innovative AgTech companies. This individual will work closely with the members of the leadership team, including the CEO, supporting day-to-day operations and a variety of projects that span business, finance, communications, technology, and organizational priorities.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in growth companies, investor relations, business-building and innovation. The role offers a front-row seat to the workings of a high-growth company and the chance to learn directly from seasoned leaders, including leaders from Fortune 500 companies and venture firms.

This role is a part-time temporary position with potential to grow into full-time. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Research Support (70-80%)

  • Support cross-functional projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare background materials or briefing documents for meetings and initiatives.
  • Help develop and maintain project plans, summaries, and status updates.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership events, meetings, and special projects.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for follow-ups and information sharing among teams.

Administrative & Operational Support (20-30%)

  • Provide scheduling, travel, and meeting coordination support for members of the Minneapolis leadership team.
  • Manage mail, shipments, and basic office administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth daily operations for the executive group.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree. Strong interest in business and operations.
  • 0–3 years of experience in a professional or internship setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicati
