Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Ready Meat Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and presentation of case ready meat products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and package case ready meat products according to company standards

- Ensure all products are fresh, properly labeled, and displayed attractively

- Assist customers with inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat department

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a meat department or food service environment preferred

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
