The Role

Multiple exciting opportunities to join Kyndryl’s Global Privacy and Data Governance Office have opened up! This role can be performed remotely and is ideal for candidates prepared to be a key contributor to the Kyndryl’s Global Privacy and Data Governance team, reporting to the Legal function.  We will be hiring multiple positions for this role and will consider candidates at varying levels of experience.

As a Data Governance Project Office Team Member you will be responsible for assisting in the design of and managing key elements of Kyndryl’s privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, AI and supply chain management programs.  The role requires an understanding of global regulatory requirements in the privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, AI and/or supply chain management fields and technical and management skills and experience to design and manage key aspects of such programs to identify and mitigate risks and measure, track and report on such risks.  The role also requires the ability to perform and collaborate with Kyndryl colleagues in performing risk-based assessments.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Chief Information Office (CIO), Chief Information Security Office (CISO), Procurement, Marketing and other teams and other members of the Kyndryl Global Privacy and Data Governance Office to design, implement and optimize privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, AI and supply chain management operations and with Kyndryl’s Global Practices and customer engagement teams to ensure that such operations support Kyndryl’s needs
  • Understanding the legal requirements driving Kyndryl’s privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, AI and supply chain management operations in order that you may recommend optimizations to such operations and explain Kyndryl’s operations to relevant Kyndryl business stakeholders and customer account teams
  • Preparing, and assisting other members of Kyndryl’s Global Privacy and Data Governance Office in preparing, internal and external privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, AI and supply chain management guidance and content relating to Kyndryl’s operations and processes
  • Development and management of practical privacy assessments, related tools and templates and for the consolidation of existing privacy assessment systems and data
  • Designing and implementing multi-step review processes for suppliers, systems, and projects, focused on high-risk processing and high-impact activities
  • Coordinating with the Data Governance and Assessment team, Legal and CISO teams on key risk measurements
  • Coordinating with the CIO on system consolidation and risk reporting; and maintaining a risk register for the Kyndryl enterprise

The compensation range for this position in the US is $116,760 to $221,880 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.  The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.

 

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans.  You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave and paid time off.  Note: if this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
