HVAC Service Technician Key Responsibilities (partial list):

• Create turnover opportunities for the sales department
• Identify the appropriate way to satisfy our customer's needs
• Cross promote all products sold by the business
• Inspect all plumbing systems to identify preventative maintenance, repair and replacement opportunities
• Ensure all appropriate tests are performed and documented during maintenance
• Ability to manage time and remain organized

Requirements

HVAC Service Technician Requirements:

• 2 + years of HVAC Technician experience- residential preferred
• 1 + year of customer service experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• OSHA 10 Construction and Safety (preferred)
• Proven ability to work within a team environment and be committed to professional growth
• ·Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, stand, and crawl for prolonged periods
• Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces
• Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
• Must be over 18

• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to provide a basic set of your own tools
• Must have flexibility to work schedule (days and hours including some nights and weekends)
