What You’ll Do: 🔥Live Selling Leadership – Own the live shopping experience, ensuring seamlessexecution and high-energy customer engagement.📦Inventory Management – Oversee product availability, manage stock levels, andcoordinate real-time product updates during live events.📆Staffing & Scheduling – Lead and schedule a team of live-selling hosts, ensuringthe right people are in place for peak selling times.💰Sales & Strategy – Develop and execute selling strategies that maximizeengagement and conversions.Customer Experience – Build hype, interact with customers in real-time, and createa compelling live shopping experience.Flexibility & Adaptability – Be ready to pivot as trends change, products sell out,and customer demand shifts. What You Bring: ✅ Proven experience in high-volume retail, live selling, or e-commerce with a focus on sales and customer engagement.✅ Strong leadership skills with experience in staffing, scheduling, and team management.✅ A sales-driven mindset, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue.✅ Comfort with technology and live-streaming platforms, you know how to keep the energy high and the audience engaged.✅Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and non-traditional hours.
