Position Summary:
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple warehouse locations, Warehouse Managers, Field Merchandisers, and fleet operations within an assigned region. This role ensures operational excellence, SOP compliance, SLA performance, inventory accuracy, cost control, fleet efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple warehouse locations and field operations within the assigned region.
- Launch new warehouses including staffing, training, inventory deployment, and SOP implementation.
- Ensure warehouses are fully staffed and operational.
- Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Managers and Field Merchandisers.
- Ensure SLA compliance and achievement of key operational metrics.
- Oversee receiving, storage, inventory management, shipping, and distribution activities.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, field reports, kiosk readiness, and operational performance.
- Conduct site visits, ride-alongs, operational reviews, and compliance audits.
- Ensure proper use of fleet vehicles and adherence to all fleet policies and procedures
- Ensure routes are followed to control expenses, optimize time in the field and meet established SLAs.
- Manage regional budgets and P&L performance, including labor, fleet, travel, and operating costs.
- Ensure warehouse security, asset protection, and workplace safety compliance.
- Review reports and dashboards for quality, accuracy, and performance trends.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of best practices across locations.
- Utilize performance management processes to build a high-performing regional team.
- Monitor and Escalate Field Incidents.
- Partner with Program Leadership and cross-functional teams to execute client initiatives, resolve operational challenges, and support program growth
What it Takes to ROC This Role:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience
- Experience managing warehouses, merchandising, logistics, and/or fleet operations across multiple locations
- Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including client interaction
- Highly organized and adaptable with
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
Additional Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in warehouse environments around moving equipment.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned region.
