Wage: $30.00 – $33.75

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
- Directly supervise all drivers and provide leadership and direction to the driver’s work force.
- Ensure compliance with DOT and safety regulations and policies.
- Follow up on delivery complaints, driver concerns and represent drivers’ interests with other departments.
- Coordinate and resolve delivery access problems
- Assist on jobsites for trucking delivery and efficiency
- Investigate all driver-related accidents, complete paperwork within established guidelines, and take appropriate disciplinary action.
- Communicate regularly with the Customer Service Dept. regarding driver performance and attendance.
- Other tasks and duties assigned to meet business needs.
- Regular and timely attendance.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills.
- Proven record of internal/external customer relations required.
- Current Class A CDL and DOT medical card required
- A valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual – Preferred
- Mentor or leadership experience preferred.
- Computer experience preferred.
