You will be responsible for optimizing inspection strategies, implementing risk-based inspection (RBI) methodologies, and ensuring asset integrity in compliance with industry standards and Italian regulations.</p><ul><li><p>Develop and continuously optimize inspection methodologies in line with applicable <strong>industry standards and national legislation</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Update and maintain inspection plans in the <strong>Inspection Data Management System (IDMS – ANTEA)</strong> based on plant modifications, new scopes, and RBI outputs.</p></li><li><p>Support data collection and execution follow-up for <strong>RBI studies</strong> related to the Oil Centre and Flowlines.</p></li><li><p>Adjust inspection programs and schedules based on <strong>corrosion threats</strong> and RBI results.</p></li><li><p>Draft and compile <strong>monthly inspection reports</strong> using collected field data.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the <strong>Corrosion Engineer</strong> to assess risks and refine inspection focus areas.</p></li><li><p>Prepare <strong>Written Schemes of Examination</strong> (WSE) according to international and company-specific standards.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and schedule inspection activities by participating in the <strong>“5-week look ahead”</strong> meetings and updating the <strong>5-month Integrated Operational Plan</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Act as liaison between <strong>Inspection Authorities</strong> and the Company.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and audit <strong>contractor performance</strong> and ensure inspection quality onsite.</p></li><li><p>Support the <strong>General Inspection Service Contract team</strong> in daily operations.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the <strong>accuracy of KPIs and inspection feedback</strong> reporting.</p></li><li><p>Validate inspection reports and oversee <strong>anomaly management via SAP notifications (CMMS)</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all inspection activities are compliant with <strong>HSE standards</strong> and <strong>national safety regulations</strong>, minimizing production disruptions.</p></li><li><p>Participate in <strong>weekly and daily coordination meetings</strong> related to inspection activities.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in <strong>Mechanical Engineering</strong> or equivalent.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Professional Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Minimum 10 years</strong> of experience in industrial inspection with a strong background in methods and field practices.</p></li><li><p>At least <strong>5 years</strong> of relevant experience in the <strong>Oil &amp; Gas sector</strong>.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Certifications (Preferred):</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>ISO 9712</strong> (NDT)</p></li><li><p><strong>API 510</strong> – Pressure Vessel Inspector</p></li><li><p><strong>API 570</strong> – Piping Inspector</p></li><li><p><strong>API 653</strong> – Aboveground Storage Tank Inspector</p></li></ul><p><strong>Technical Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Familiarity with:</p><ul><li><p><strong>UNI EN 16991:2018</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Italian Regulations (DM 239/04, D.
