You Are:

The Facility Security Officer oversight for Annapolis Junction facility and will serve as the primary point of contact with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) compliance.
• Communicate security requirements to site personnel and manage access and document control and accountability.
• Manage DD254 and applicable documents for facility.
• Conduct self-inspections and apply necessary mitigations.
• Support facility security and compliance disciplines for the facility and amongst the FSO team.

Here's What You Need:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Top Secret required
• FSO Program Management for Non-possessing Facilities or Possessing Facilities (within 6 months of hire) certificate.
• Recent knowledge and experience using DISS and NISS.
• Good communication (written and oral) skills
• Thrive with job autonomy/self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Experience enforcing safeguarding requirements.
• Experience in Personnel Security (investigation requests, briefings, debriefings, understanding clearance records etc.)
• Experience processing and managing incoming and outgoing visit requests.

Bonus Points:

• 1 year of experience using National Industrial Security System (NISS) to validate facility clearances and submit facility documentation.                                                             
• 1 year experience working with a COMSEC account.
• 1 year experience using SIMS.
• 1 year experience conducting self-inspections on the facility's security program.
• 1 year experience with physical security to include changing locks/ alarms/ key management.

 

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

 

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

• California: $82,400 - $154,800
• Colorado: $82,400 - $133,700
• New York: $76,300 - $154,800
• Washington State: $87,800 - $142,300
