About the Role:

Will perform skilled general maintenance assignments in the mechanical and building trades. Maintain and repair equipment, facilities, and machinery. Assist other maintenance personnel in completion of work orders and assignments.

• Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.

• All commercial plumbing, including installation of new toilets and urinals, P-traps, faucet installs, auto flush sensors, leaks, snakes/clogs, etc.
  General pipe work, sweat copper, PVC, irrigation piping repairs.

• Troubleshooting and repair of all lighting fixtures and systems. Including LED, fluorescent, lighting ballasts, drivers, contactors, breakers and circuit wiring.

• Lock repairs, replacing handles, door locks, magnetic locks, doors, etc.
• All building maintenance including tile, framing, painting, dry wall, etc.
• General maintenance work including, but not limited to cleaning drains, install blinds, concrete, asphalt patch, etc.

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
  Manage time effectively, and perform work in a safe and professional manner.

• Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers.
