Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of Facilities Workplace Coordinator.  The Facilities Workplace Coordinator is an on-site (Marlborough, MA.) position that reports to the Manager Facilities Workplace & Business Operations. The Facilities Workplace Coordinator is responsible for front desk administration during scheduled business hours and to provide administrative and facilities support. This position provides site services and acts a point of contact for day-to-day support of employees, guests, and service providers. This role follows site and corporate standard operating procedures to provide a safe and secure workplace for all employees, guests, and service providers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain business partnership with key internal stakeholders and preferred vendors to provide value across the organization.
• Ensure all facilities related requests are executed in a timely manner with appropriate approvals.
• Establish work priorities, organizes work schedules, and determines duty assignment so there is no adverse impact on daily operations.
• Determine feasibility and scope of work and estimates material and personnel requirements.
• Monitors facility use to ensure conformance with policies and procedures.
• Project management for housekeeping related projects.
• This position has areas within the facility for which they have an exclusive responsibility for overseeing the cleaning (daily, weekly, monthly, annual tasks).
• Prepare and submit regular reports on building and maintenance operations.

Education and Experience

• Required:  High school diploma (or equivalent) with relevant time in field.
• Preferred:  Previous front desk / welcome center / guest services experience
• Experience in regulated environment industry

• Minimum 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry

(Non-exempt):

The base salary range for this role is $65,400 to $81,700. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, overtime, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state.  Our robust time-off policy includes up to 120 hours of vacation per year, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter and access to our service recognition program.  Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
