The Opportunity

As the Ex-Im Facilities Support Specialist, you will be managing and overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operation of the U.S. Export-Import Bank facilities in Washington, DC. This includes ensuring compliance with federal regulations, developing maintenance schedules, and coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for DHS facilities.
• Project Oversight: Monitor construction and maintenance projects to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for facility projects, including cost estimates for materials and labor.
• Facility Operations: Oversee the operation of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.

Policy Development: Advise senior management on facility management policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in facility management, including project management and budget oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of building systems, project management skills, and the ability to work with various stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
